  • Accuracy: sub-µg, sub-µm.

2008 Ultra Thin Layer Activation UTLA

  • Active depth of some µm.
  • Most of polymer and ceramic materials can be activated (DLC, PTFE, PEEK,...)
  • Licence unnecessary.
  • Accuracy: ng, nm.
